Does the Lynch School of Education require that all students in teacher preparation programs seek certification in Massachusetts?
The Lynch School of Education does not require that all students in teacher preparation programs seek certification in Massachusetts. We do, however, strongly recommend that all students seeking the first certification apply for certification in Massachusetts since we have reciprocity with nearly every state and candidates will not have to comply with specific requirements of other states if they seek reciprocity.
