Does the local SIS need to include all of the fields included in the Excel template files?

The short answer is yes. There are some fields that are flagged as ‘Blanks Allowed (if NA)’ BUT the Department will eventually need this data. For example, CTE students enter programs, so the entry date and code is required. When that CTE student leaves that program, we need exit date and code.
