Does the Local Evaluator have to be external to the CaMSP project’s partners?

0

No, the Local Evaluator does not have to be external to the CaMSP project’s partners. However, the Local Evaluator or members of the Local Evaluation Team may not be directly involved with the planning or delivery of the professional development content or pedagogy. Therefore, the Project Director, Principal Investigator (PI), and Co-PI cannot be the local evaluator of the project.
