Does the LifeMap Nutrition powdered nutritional formula have the same absorbency rate as a liquid vitamin formula?
I don’t think the absorbency rate actually matter as long as the product works. I take Bio Complete 3 capsules, and for me, it’s the most convenient way to take supplements.
