DOES THE LIBRARY HAVE WORD PROCESSORS/SPREAD SHEETS/OTHER OFFICE-TYPE APPLICATIONS?
There are 3 PCs with office applications available for adult public use on the 2nd floor. Time slots are available an hour at a time, using the automated reservation system. Programs available include: • Microsoft Word – word processing • Microsoft Publisher – text & graphics processing • Corel Word Perfect – word processing • Microsoft Powerpoint – multimedia slide shows • Corel Presentations – multimedia slide shows • Microsoft Excel – spreadsheet • Corel QuattroPro – spreadsheet • Microsoft Works – word processing, spreadsheet, database • Microsoft Picture Manager – for photos The Microsoft programs are also available for Children and Teens on the Games computers in their respective areas – Children’s Services on 1st floor & the Teen Pit on the 2nd floor.
