Yes, the library has two notaries public on staff, however, please call ahead before coming in to make sure one of them will be here. We cannot guarantee that a notary will be here all hours that the library is open. Please see important information in our Notary Policy before calling or visiting for notary services. Services are provided without charge.

Some library staff at the County’s Courthouse Plaza building, 2100 Clarendon Boulevard, can provide notary services at no charge. Please call ahead at 703-228-3352 to check work schedules. Notary services are only available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
