Does the liability coverage extend to students?
Yes, for certain activities. Students authorized to act in an official University capacity, such as serving on an official University committee, are covered. In addition, students completing required clinical experiences at off-campus locations fall under the State’s liability coverage. Liability coverage also extends to agents or volunteers.
