Does the LEP include curtileges for listed items and important views and vistas?
The Penrith Heritage Inventory of heritage sites contains references to curtilages and the landscape quality of many, but not all heritage items and areas. The inventory also includes references to the importance of views and vistas for some heritage items and areas. The Regional Environment Plans – 13 (Mulgoa Valley ) has much more detailed descriptions of vistas, and includes maps of vistas where applicable.
