Yes, for those Farms that currently contain coffee, but only for approximately the first seven years of the Lease, unless the Developer permits the Tenant to revise its crop plan to incorporate different crops. Thereafter, the Tenant will be permitted to change crops for all or portions of the land that is subject to the Lease. With respect to those Farms that do not now contain coffee, the Tenant will have the flexibility to either plant coffee on such Farms or incorporate other crops as the Tenant deems appropriate, consistent with the crop plan that is in effect at the time.
