Does the LEARN Clinic have a sliding fee scale for low-income families?
Yes, the LEARN Clinic can provide services to a limited number of families at a below full-fee rate, based on financial need. If you feel you might qualify for a reduced fee, please ask the intake coordinator for a low fee application, or you may print out a copy by clicking on the link below. Please do not send in a completed application until you have contacted us by phone. Your application will be reviewed by the Clinic Manager and you will be informed about your eligibility for a reduced rate BEFORE any appointments are scheduled.
