A. No. Toileting is an activity of daily living, as defined in KRS 194A.700. BP. It is recommended that ALC employees be trained to understand that providing invasive bowel/bladder care or advice constitutes a health service (examples: enema, catheter, new ostomy), as defined in KRS 216B.015.
