Does the law allow smoking anywhere at the Iowa State Fairgrounds?

“Fairgrounds” as defined in Iowa Code section 174.1 are exempt from the law. However, smoking is still prohibited within all enclosed areas on the fairgrounds, the outdoor seating or serving areas of restaurants, and the designated seating areas of any outdoor entertainment venues.
