Does the landowner allow the setup of personal hunting blinds, or tree stands?
• Many professional hunting land lessors will already have permanent hunting blinds or tree stands available for your use in prime areas of their hunting land for lease. Ask ahead of time if you there are such accomodations or whether you have permission to set up your own blinds or tree stands. • Does the landowner allow the use of ATVs on the hunting property for rent? • Not all landowners allow ATVs to be used on their property. Whether the concern is land conservation or noise pollution or liability, don’t assume it is allowed with out asking. • Does the landowner allow the removal of trees or other vegetation for the purpose of the hunt? • Always ask permission before participating in the destruction or alteration of the hunting land for rent. Remember, YOU are not the landowner, but rather the lessee. If you determine that the best hunting set up for you includes the removal of trees, brush or other vegetation, ALWAYS ask the landowner first.And always remember, when leasing hunt
