Does the LAA do any monitoring of passing trainees?
No. TEFL International provides guidelines to what courses are expected to produce each month (and that relate to expectations by TESOL industry employer standards). The independent relationship of the LAA and TEFL International allows the LAA to call on their experience in the industry and combine this with head office expectations to produce an independent monthly report.
