Does the kit insurance cover for airplane travel – i.e. lost luggage?
A – You are covered for loss of dive equipment whilst in transit. However, you would not be covered for standard luggage (e.g. items not dive related) with kit insurance alone – this would need to be done through your travel insurance or household insurance. Scubasure travel insurance covers up to 750 worth of luggage per person insured.
