Does the JAMIS Sputnik come with cable guides on the frame for installation of a rear brake? Also, is a rear brake kit available?

The Sputnik does not come with cable guides or stops for the brake cable. The cable housing needs to be attached to the top tube with zip ties. There is a brake kit available to dealers, that includes levers as well as a front and rear brake.
