Shannon: The J2EE 1.3 platform includes the requirement for the J2EE Connector 1.0 Architecture. The CTS tests for all requirements of the J2EE 1.3 Platform Specification including Connectors. Note that CTS tests only that the J2EE product meets the Connector requirements; it doesn’t test any Resource Adapters that might be included with the product.
