Does the ISU VPN software work for dial-up users?

The ISU VPN only works with a broadband connection. If you are currently using a dial-up connection to access college resources while off campus, you will need to sign up for an ISU PPP account or another 3rd party internet connection such as Qwest, Mediacom, etc. More information about the ISU PPP service can be found at http://www.hs.iastate.edu/it/support/remoteaccess.php under the “University PPP (Dial-Up Users ONLY)” heading.
