Does the ISL have an official mission statement?
The focus of the ISL team is our customers and our mission is: “to enable the business units to ensure that our products work properly and efficiently as used by our customers.” The mission statement further states that “we will accomplish this by providing a world class stress and integration service that will measure the scalability and performance of both individual products and integrated solutions in environments that simulate our largest customers’ environments.” Thus, the Lab is a means to achieve a set of mission objectives, and not the objective itself.
