Does the IPM100 have a pulse and direction input? Which is the maximum input frequency?
One of the operating modes of the IPM100 is the Pulse and Direction. In this case, the motion reference (position or speed, as configured by the user) is imposed via pulses applied on the Pulse input pin of the drive. The pulses are used to increase or decrease the reference value, in correlation with the status of the Direction pin (0 or 1). Both inputs are TTL. The maximum frequency of the Pulse signal is 5 MHz.
