Yes the antenna can be changed (reverse-polarity SMA connector), but no, it is not designed for outdoor use. You can link to an outdoor wireless bridge using the 4-port LAN or WDS, however. IntelaWave is actively encouraging access point OEMs to incorporate the IntelaWave Agent into a wide variety of APs.
