The InfoGate 1000 Series incorporates SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) agents in its Gateway and GateKeeper software. SNMP is supported by Windows NT 4.0 so that an InfoGate network administrator can use third-party software to monitor an entire InfoGate network. For example, InnoMedia has tested and validated operation with Computer Associates Unicenter TNG.
