Does the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as constituted now give one hope for the future?

If we are truly and realistically marching forward when people’s votes will count and my views are predicated on the outcome of the 2007 election which was adjudged to be the worst election Nigeria had ever conducted and in the view of the recent promise by the President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to the international community that the votes of Nigerians in 2011 will count, I do not believe that the present INEC as presently constituted will take us to that promised land. It will therefore be necessary to have a breath of fresh air before the next election.
