No. As mentioned in the previous Q&A, the IGDA does have a strategic relationship with the GDC, but does not actually have any direct control or authority over the conference. The GDC is owned and operated by CMP. All IGDA members do benefit from the close relationship with a US$50 discount on registration fees, as well as member dedicated sessions and events.
