Your IdentaKey has a hassle free 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you want to return your IdentaKey, just contact the place you purchased it. Your purchase price will be refunded upon the return of the IdentaKey to the place of purchase (or to IdentaKey, if instructed by the retailer). Returns will not be processed without a dated receipt. In addition, the product must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date in order to be accepted for a refund. Shipping charges will be reimbursed only if the return is the result of a product or software defect on the part of IdentaKey, LLC.
