A10. The IAM does not believe in ‘Pattern Negotiations’. We believe every workplace has their own views and issues on things and problems. It would not make very good business sense to let another company to dictate what benefits and wages you are going to receive. Every Collective Agreement we ratify – the end result comes from the worker’s of that workplace.
