Does the Hydra Refine Astringent contain any wheat ingredient or ethanol alcohol derived from wheat, barley, oats or rye?

It does not contain wheat, and neither does our Herbal Astringent. Our Ethanol is made from corn. Ethanol is called “Grain Alcohol” only to distinguish it from “Wood Alcohol”, which is Methanol and is not used in cosmetics.
