Does the HP Photosmart Digital Camera recognize the Memory Card correctly?

0

• Turn the camera off, then with the camera turned upside down, open the Battery/Memory card door on the bottom of the camera. • Ensure that the memory card is the proper type for the camera, then insert it making sure that it clicks into place. • Close the Battery/Memory card door. • Turn the camera on, then the Image Display will show the icon signifying that the SD card is installed. • The camera is ready to use. If the message Unsupported card appears, turn the camera off and take out the memory card. If the card is broken, the camera will stall (the LCD screen will show the HP logo and none of the buttons will operate). The battery door must be opened to exit this condition. Once the faulty SD card is removed the device will operate normally.
