Does the Housing Policy on eligibility apply to undergraduate students with disabilities?
Yes. The University policy states that freshmen who apply and pay fees on time are guaranteed three consecutive years of university housing, and transfer students are guaranteed one year. This policy applies to students with disabilities as well. In rare cases, appeals to recommend extending eligibility may be heard by the Disabled Students Housing Appeals Board (DSHAB).
