I have natural stone so some uneven areas and I used the product with a grout brush not the Hoover Floor Mate machine which mises 90% of the grout, but does clean rest of floor very well. Grout is tricky. I recommend that you go to Home Depot/Lowes, get the grout brush, and sit on the floor and clean grout lines with
