NO, if you just bought your care you should do the maintenance as recommended by manufacture and you don’t really have to take it to the dealership to do it, you could go to any shop just keep your records

No it doesn’t. Warranties do not cover any normal maintenance items. They only cover defects. Some dealers do provide free oil changes when you buy a car from them, some for a year or two, some for as long as you own the car. Yours might be one of them.
