Does the Home or Pro version include IIS?

Only the Pro version has it. I installed the Pro version but I can’t find IIS. The Pro installation doesn’t install IIS by default. Go to Start->Control Panels->Add/Remove Programs, and click on “Add Windows Components”. IIS will be listed in there.
