Workman’s Compensation insurance protects buyers and sellers in the event that a home inspector is accidentally injured while performing the home inspection. Neither buyer or seller should ever allow a home inspector to work on a property unless the home inspector carries Workman’s Compensation insurance. All Ebert Home Inspectors are covered by our Workman’s Compensation insurance policy.
