Does the home have linens (sheets &/or towels)?
Some homes provide the Flyers Club, which provides linens and/or towels for your stay. Those homes that do not provide Flyers Club will automatically have linens and towel rentals placed onto the reservation. You may opt-out of this service simply by signing the lines on your Vacation Rental Agreement. • Does the home have a washer and dryer in it? You may determine if the home has a washer and dryer by looking at the information for each property. There, you will find W/D listed in the amenities if the home has a washer and dryer. • Does the home have Air Conditioning (AC)? All rental homes in Kitty Dunes Rentals program are required to offer some form of AC. Please look at the amenities list for each home to determine the type of AC available. • How far is it to the beach? Each home’s distance to the beach varies.
