Yes. The 4-H Youth Development Program has “Cloverbud” clubs for youth ages 5-8, community and special-interest clubs for youth ages 9-19, and teen leadership clubs and opportunities for youth ages 14-19. We also encourage volunteers and youth to start their own community and special-interest clubs–you provide the audience, we provide the content.
