Each HelmsMate comes with a rubber sleeve that will enable the HelmsMate to fit small diameter tiller handles and can be removed to accommodate large diameter tiller handles. The HelmsMate clamp will work with handles up to 1.75 diameter. If the HelmsMate clamp is still too loose even when using the rubber sleeve provided, we will send you a second sleeve.
