No. However, when a card is not used, (for purchases or value added to the card), within 2 years, the card will become inactive. Also, cards that retain a zero balance for more than 30 days will be deactivated. If you have a card with a balance that has not been used for more than two years, you can contact the Gift Card Sales Line at 1-888-646-2577 (open M-F, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM ET) and request a replacement.
