No. The Central AZ HIV Prevention Advocates is a planning body. It does not administer any direct client services. The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) funds community-based organizations and local governments to provide HIV prevention services, based on the recommendations they receive from regional planning groups like the Central AZ HIV Prevention Advocates.
