Does the Godrej group have a plan?
We have a succession plan for every position in the group. We identify three or four candidates well in advance and choose from them. At the board level, there is a nomination committee. We have similar succession planning within the family. We do not want to talk about it in public. But I can tell you that after 111 years (of existence), the succession plan has been implemented very successfully in the family.
