Yes, awarded Australia’s Best in Convention Centre Catering in 2005, our kitchens are HACCP compliant, state-of-the-art in-house catering facilities. We have one main kitchen and eleven satellite kitchens strategically located thorough the Centre for easy of delivery access to events. The GCCEC team pride themselves on working with the client to create an experience that suits their event theme, vision and budget.
