Does the Gateway Aesthetic Institute accept insurance?
Due to the nature of our practice, the Gateway Aesthetic Institute & Laser Center does not bill insurance and Dr. Mark Taylor is not a provider for any insurance company. We are happy to print out a generic form which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement; however, you will be 100% responsible for the payment in our office, on the day of your service, as well as the collection or reimbursement from your insurance company. If you choose to have treatment at the Gateway Aesthetic Institute & Laser Center and hope to submit the bill to your insurance for reimbursement, you will need to check with your insurance company to see if pre-authorization is required. Because we are not providers for any insurance, it is important to understand that your benefit may be reduced or denied. Also, keep in mind that most procedures performed in our office are considered cosmetic and will not be covered.
