Short Answer: No. It is up to you to buy the size and shape that meet your needs. Long Answer: Our experience has been that a 20 lb / 5 gallon is an ideal size. When a smaller tank is used they sometimes start to freeze up. When a tank is overfilled it sometimes starts to freeze up because the air space is not large enough to let the liquid propane change to a gas.
