WBRP wishes to encourage the growth of the JBQF; therefore, the first year, we have waived the attendance rule for futurity horse owners and riders to compete at the Barrelnanza Finals. Futurity horse owners or riders who purchase a WBRP membership (Platinum or Regular) may enter the Barrelnanza Finals without having to attend a previous 2009 WBRP event.
