The Fund will, at a minimum, rebalance on a quarterly basis, but will rebalance proactively to maintain target allocations (as stated in the prospectus) based on a variety of factors including subscriptions, redemptions, and performance of underlying sub-strategies. The Fund has the ability to allocate up to 35% to one sub-strategy, but does not anticipate allocations to exceed 20% to one sub-strategy.
