Does the frame relay connection increase our exposure to hackers and/or viruses?
No, there is no increased exposure if you are using frame relay or a dial up connection. fyi~ Most damage is done through internal employees either through lack of knowledge or lack of procedures (i.e. Downloading viruses, user’s giving out their passwords, etc.). With proper security procedures in place and monitorization will all but guarantee the safety of your network.
