No. Format Painter does not exist in Visual Studio. Controls (textboxes, buttons, etc.) with similar characteristics can be edited simultaneously by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on each field. This will allow you to select multiple fields at once, and then the properties can be edited. All selected controls will be updated with any property changes.
