A84. Yes. All reports required to be filed with OLMS under the LMRDA are public information. Therefore, it is not necessary to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to obtain copies of Form LM-30 reports. Anyone can view and print Form LM-30 reports for the year 2000 and later at www.unionreports.gov. Also, earlier reports can be ordered at this website.
