Does the Forest Service think that OHVs should not be used on public land?
The Forest Service recognizes that OHV use is a valid recreational activity that should be allowed, but also properly managed. Managing this use along with other recreation uses and the need to protect natural and cultural resources has become increasingly more difficult with increased public demands.
