The Forest Service or BLM does not approve devices for out-door use. Instead the Forest Service and BLM consider the FireDancer to be a “Fueled Device” similar to an fuel powered, out-door cooking stove. Therefore the FireDancer is restricted in the same way as any other out-door fueled device.
