Does the First Amendment protect people from religious prosecution or from religion altogether?”

It was supposed to protect us from religion and at the same time allow people to pursue any religious dogma they wished. That the Bush “administration” has allowed fundies to pollute our atmosphere with fundie poppycock is yet one more example to give witness to the contempt and profound ignorance this pathetic excuse for government has for out Constitution. If people ignore it…the Constitution means nothing…so long as they go unpunished! Anybody for a trial next February and then some time in Leavenworth? Maybe we should show the Repugnant Party of god how much we appreciate the job they’ve done!
